If your dog’s coat is matted and you’d like to keep the hair long, please note that this can take extra time and must be handled carefully. Sofia will never continue a process that causes your dog pain or stress. In cases of severe matting, the safest and most humane solution is shaving.

For dogs who are fearful or aggressive, Sofia uses specialized tools and calming techniques to keep both your pet and herself safe.
